Privacy Policy

Aelara is a product by NeuraFate, operated as an early-access waitlist at this time. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights over it. We keep this short because we actually mean it.

What we collect

Waitlist sign-up

When you join the early access list, we collect your email address and any feature interests you optionally select (e.g. character creation, smart home). Nothing else.

Demo chat

The chat demo on the homepage runs entirely in your browser. Messages are processed client-side and are never sent to our servers or stored anywhere. When you close or refresh the page, the conversation is gone.

Usage data

We may use standard analytics (e.g. page views, referrer) to understand how people discover Aelara. This data is aggregated and not linked to you personally.

How we use your data

• To notify you when early access opens — that's the only email you'll get until you ask for more.
• To understand which features matter most to people on the waitlist, so we build the right things first.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your email with any third party, ever.
• We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

Third-party services

Form submission

Waitlist sign-ups are processed via Formspree. Your email is stored on their infrastructure, subject to their privacy policy. We chose Formspree because it does not use your data for ads.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may log standard HTTP request metadata (IP address, timestamps) for security purposes. See Vercel's privacy policy.

Data retention

We keep your email on the waitlist until Aelara launches or you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first. After launch, you can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@neurafate.com and we'll respond within 48 hours.

• Withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time

Cookies

Aelara's landing page does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We may set a functional session cookie if you interact with the demo, but it contains no personally identifiable information and expires when you close your browser.

Children

Aelara is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted their information, contact us at support@neurafate.com and we will delete it immediately.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll notify waitlist members by email before the changes take effect. The “last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
